Estimates

Online pricing is an estimate only.

Final pricing depends on:

• Room measurements
• Carpet condition
• Stain treatment
• Pet odor treatment
• Additional requested services

No work begins until pricing is approved.

Scheduling

Customers agree to provide accurate contact information and ensure an adult (18 or older) is present during the scheduled appointment.

Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit Cards
• Debit Cards
• Cash
• Approved Digital Payments

Late or returned payments may incur additional fees.

Cancellations

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

Missed appointments or inaccessible properties may result in a trip charge.

Furniture

For safety reasons, we do not move:

• Pianos
• Aquariums
• Gun safes
• Large entertainment centers
• Antique furniture
• Beds
• Exercise equipment

Customers are responsible for removing valuables and fragile items before service.

Stain Removal

Although we use professional cleaning methods, no company can guarantee removal of every stain.

Permanent discoloration, bleach spots, dye loss, pet urine damage, and fiber wear may remain after cleaning.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, notify us within 48 hours.

We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns related to the original cleaning.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maxwell Done Carpets, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
